"Crush" represents the beauty in the pressure of life. There are so many things that are crushed to become another thing-coal, under enough pressure, turns into a diamond. Grapes are crushed to make wine. Berries and other fruits are crushed to make jam. We are crushed by life's events and societal pressures to make the best of the life that we are blessed with, and by pushing forward and pursuing life (while also ignoring a LOT of those stupid societal pressures) we are creating the most beautiful life that makes us happy and leaves us fulfilled.
